These terms explain the rules for using LiveFile to create, publish, sell, and deliver digital products.
Effective June 2, 2026LiveFile helps creators research market signals, generate digital product drafts, prepare listing assets, publish delivery pages, and manage store links.
You are responsible for the products you create, publish, sell, and deliver through your account.
Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in access.
You may not use LiveFile to abuse the platform, bypass limits, disrupt service, or access another creator's account or data.
LiveFile can generate product ideas, outlines, copy, blocks, assets, and sales simulations. Review and edit generated content before publishing or selling it.
Do not publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, misleads buyers, violates laws, or promises results you cannot reasonably support.
If you connect a checkout link, payments happen through your chosen payment account. LiveFile does not become the seller of your product in that direct-link flow.
You are responsible for pricing, refunds, buyer communication, taxes, marketplace rules, and making sure buyers receive what your listing promises.
Plans may include limits such as AI credits, file uploads, drafts, or publishing features.
We may update plan limits, pricing, or features, but changes will not remove access already promised for an active paid period unless required for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
We work to keep LiveFile available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security work, provider outages, or events outside our control.
LiveFile may suspend access to accounts or content that create security risk, abuse the service, or violate these terms.
LiveFile is provided as a creator tool. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, ranking, approval on marketplaces, or buyer outcomes.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LiveFile is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
