We collect product workspace data such as Radar inputs, product ideas, generated LiveFiles, listing assets, store settings, support tickets, uploaded files, and published delivery pages.
We collect usage data such as pages visited, buttons clicked, app events, device type, approximate location, referral source, and error information.
We use information to run the app, save your work, create product outputs, publish pages, process support requests, improve onboarding, prevent abuse, and understand how visitors use LiveFile.
We use analytics to see which pages and features are working, where visitors come from, and how account creation behaves.
We may use heatmaps, session recordings, and interaction replay to understand where visitors click, scroll, get blocked, or leave the page.
Draft LiveFiles are private to your account unless you publish or share them.
Published LiveFile pages and store pages may be visible to anyone with the link, and public pages may be indexed by search engines when allowed.
When you buy a plan or connect checkout links for your own products, payment information is handled by payment processors. LiveFile does not store full card details.
We may store plan, payment status, checkout references, and billing-related events needed to keep your account active.
We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with service providers needed to operate LiveFile, comply with law, prevent abuse, process payments, or respond to support and security requests.
We keep account, product, ticket, and analytics data for as long as needed to run LiveFile, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve the product, and protect the service.
You can ask us to delete or export your account data by contacting support@livefile.app.
You can edit your LiveFiles, unpublish product pages, change store links, sign out, or request account deletion.
Browser settings may let you block some cookies or analytics, though parts of the app may work less reliably.
